Project of Long Son Course Eco-Tourism Area is the big one of Thai Nguyen province. It is located 10km far from Thai Nguyen city. This project shall be built on base of new urban area in Luong Son commune – the south suburb of Thai Nguyen city. This area borders on important traffic routes such as National road 1A, Ho Chi Minh city and Ha Noi railway with 80km length passing Thai Nguyen city, etc. The area is 70km far from Ha Noi capital to the south. Especially there are systems of Cau river, Ho Nui Coc (Nui Coc lake), mild and cool climate surrounding historical relics and landscapes

This project is very suitable to development strategy of this area to become ecology and entertainment urban area in combination with trade and housing service complex etc.; and more suitable to general development orientation of whole Thai Nguyen city. New urban area shall have beautiful, luxurious, and modern but rich in national tradition architectural works, which shall be significantly emphasizing points in the area.  

On the area of 560 ha, the project shall consist of some important works such as People’s Committee of Luong Son commune, Long Son Golf Course with 18 holes, traditional trade villages, medical center, resort area, kindergarten, etc … The project is built on high hillock along edges of hills and as well as on some wide cultivated land areas

With target of creating modern ecological urban area, which is the harmonious combination between architecture of comfort villas, purchase area and natural landscapes, destination of golf course shall be ideal sport area. Furthermore high-rise apartment buildings with high standards shall be beautiful and impressive emphasizing points to contribute to creation of modernity to the area.
